In just a few weeks, the Cannabis Patient Advocacy Association will be holding our Legislative Education Days in Annapolis on Thursday February 6th, 2020 and Wednesday February 12th, 2020. The first date, Feb. 6th, will focus on educating our Maryland legislators about the science and medicine of cannabis with topics ranging from cannabinoids to terpenes to the Endocannabinoid System. Our second date, Feb. 12th, will focus on educating our Maryland legislators about issues of social equity and inclusion in cannabis with topics ranging from the criminalization of cannabis to cannabis as medicine for our Veterans and those suffering from opiate addiction. Our experienced and knowledgeable Patient Advocates, medical cannabis businesses and community members will provide our legislators with fact-based information, answer questions and engage with the legislative community.
